Planned a romantic night with my friend that ended up less then ideal. She had been working all day and was really looking forward to a bubble bath. Doubled checked the amenities and found a suite with a tub for $10 more so I booked it. Spent the afternoon gathering bubble bath, wine, flowers etc. so she could relax. During check-in verified the room had a bathtub. I was informed that #409 did not have a tub, flabbergasted explained I was very specifically reserved a room for that amenity. The manager searched and confirmed no rooms with tubs were available. Since the room was non-refundable I had no choice, but the situation really degraded our experience.
One last note, the dresser drawers would not say closed. This could be a trip hazard leading to an injury. Picture attached.
