Every time it was 4-5 star review but this time the situation was not good. Situation of walls in the room is not good. Refridgerator was not working, ac was not working. However they tried every possible way to solve it. But it all goes from my time on the hotel. Little dissatisfied

The hotel was good
the staff was good the stay was clean and tidy

I would recommend to have better linen to enhance the stay experience. Also the toiletries weren’t of good quality the hotel should at least offer standard quality toiletries to guest

The location is good, rooms are well maintained but the house keeping is very slow, the front desk needs reminder after reminder for towels for the room, anything you want you have remind several times. The restaurant is good but quality and quantity of the food needs a change. The management should look into these aspects which will make the customers happy. No taxi facilities is available by the front desk.

Nice stay Romantic place but pure veg hotel staff cooperative and nice but one problem near kurra bhandar on road hotel nice place but one thing they mentioned restaurant on rooftop but not restaurants only room service available overall nice but need improvement

Room was not ready at time, blanket cover was not in good condition, it was too much old and ripped. Also no table inside room for eating food. No saving kit etc.
