I'm glad you found our advice on where to eat in West Drayton useful as we have a great variety of places to eat near on foot, including Fish & Chips on the corner nearby, a cracking Indian next to that, and a great Chinese a 5 minute walk down the road. We do have gated parking at the back and can provide quotes for a 'Stay, Park & Fly' package for overnight stay plus parking while away. Response from Property: Dear matthew, Thanks for your review and staying with us, it was a pleasure to meet you, and I'm so glad you enjoyed the nearby Palace Tandoori Indian restaurant, it is excellent. I should say for future reference, we can't offer to post back left luggage items as a matter of practise, as sometimes it is not practicable, or possible depending on the item. We were told that this item was of personal meaning and significance to you so we wanted to make sure you got it back and I'm very glad you did.

Response from Property: Dear Michael, Thank you for staying with us and thanks for your review. So glad you enjoyed the local meal, we do have a number of good restaurants nearby on foot, including the superb Indian Palace Tandoori a couple of hundred yards away which we suggested for you and you clearly enjoyed eating at - we do too! We do have parking in a gated car park at the back, some spaces at the front, and there are side roads where you can park on a single yellow line after 17.00 - 9.00 weekdays and free all weekend.

Response from Property: Raimondo, We explained you booked Agoda's Non Refundable Rate, which is cheaper precisely because it doesn't have the option for a refund. Here's my staff's polite explanation pasted here below in speech marks: "Unfortunately, we are not able to give you a refund for this reservation because you have booked the room for the cheapest rate, with no flexibility, through Agoda.com - OTA, NO REFUND, ROOM ONLY. According to Agoda's policy, if you book the cheapest rate, you are not able to get a refund for the cancellation. Flexible bookings are charged more, because through them you are able to change or cancel a reservation. In your case - this is not a flexible booking. (You can check their policy here: Terms of use (agoda.com)) We are sorry not to be able to help you with this today. We understand that this is not your fault for the changing of the booking. We would suggest trying to speak to the company that changed the dates and maybe they will be able to help you from their end. Thank you for your understanding and patience." We also sent you a screenshot of the rate on Agoda showing it said Non Refundable: it's their policy for the rate you booked. We also had to get your last version of this review removed from TripAdvisor removed as it contained libelous and intentional untruths, but incredibly you chose to post another version. This room was booked for a company course and by your own explanation it was your company who changed the dates - surely it would make more sense for you to raise this with them as they were responsible for this date change, not us?
