Poor sound proof (can hear other room’s sound) and disturbingly loud music/party goes on until well past midnight. Great location with beautiful LA view but definitely not a full five star hotel experience. Shower booth has water leak to outside but the washroom floor does not have sink. Minibar items look like it’s not been regularly replaced and dusty.

Large spacious rooms, super clean, although the hotel seemed a little bit old. Not a ton of amenities in room (no slippers, dental kit, safe), only had very basic amenities. The hotel did provide upon request though. Room service and front desk was very helpful for all requests and was pretty speedy. Loved the room, the pool and bar. The area and hotel does get a little rowdy and loud, so make sure to ask for a quiet room in the hotel if you're looking for a good night's sleep.

Nice view! Like the vibe on sunset boulevard and good restaurants around the hotel.

Good sized room and great amenities within hotel

It was a very nice stay. They provided a microwave and an extra refrigerator for us. We were on Sunset dr right across from the comedy store. There were certain restaurants that was walking distance. We went there for New Year’s, and the party was at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere. Met a few celebrities as well and I love the safety of the elevators. The only negative is they provided us a stained blanket for my daughter but they quickly replaced it as soon as i reported it. I recommend.

Comfortable and stylish room in a fantastic location. The skybar and pool are cool to hang out, especially earlier in the day to avoid crowds.

The room is hard to smell

I went here with high expectations, so I was impressed by the truly unique and unique room condition. Plus, I was able to watch YouTube by connecting my cell phone, which was great. I was very satisfied because it was so close to a nearby shopping hotspot. Next time I go to LA, I want to stay at a hotel near West Hollywood.
