Friendly staff, but the hotel needs improvement. There are stains on the bedsheet, the carpet is dirty even as you enter, and the toilet seat is torn and worn. Staff changed my bedsheets and only stayed one night.

The room was smelly, roaches welcomed us at the beginning. AC was not working. The carpet was dirty. We requested for a room change. The service was good. But the new room was still full of roaches. We had to book a new hotel and cancelled our plan to stay there for 2 nights. Breakfast spread was ok, decent.

Hotel had a great location, but the AC in my room wasn't cooling properly. They switched my room, and everything was fine after that. Overall, an okay experience.
