Very good service and cleanliness. Only for shampoo and soap you have to ask the hotel staff, but the hotel staff was nice so when we stayed there they were very friendly and when we asked for soap shampoo they responded quickly. Thanks

Overall it's location is convenient, close to anywhere but the bedcover doesn't seem clean enough, there's no soap / liquid soap available in the bathroom even though the dispenser is there.
On the plus side there is drinking water prepared in the room & the wifi is good.

Honestly, I didn't expect to find a hotel as good and comfortable as this. No drama, cheap but 100 star quality. Really, guys! You must at least stay a few days at the Ratana Hotel Cengkareng! Excellent! 🤩🤩🤩
