It's true that you shouldn't go for cheap. This cheap place is outrageous. The hygiene is outrageous. The hardware is outrageous. But the service is fine. If you pay more, you will definitely stay in a better place.

Not recommended. The room is really dirty, the water is also dirty and sometimes the water doesn't come. Super duper bad service. The lights are dim, scary. Breakfast is just cold fried rice and bread. Not nice at all. 3 star hotel but similar to Oyo. In fact, it's worse than Oyo. Give up staying there.
