1.The location is pretty good, situated in the old town, just a few minutes' walk from the Jakarta History Museum, the Independence Museum, and the Bank of Indonesia Museum.
2.The service is decent, I suppose.
3.As for cleanliness, well, sometimes shoes are scattered in the hallway, which gives an impression of poor hygiene.
4.The common areas are nice; there's a pool table, and on the second floor, there are soft couches where you can half lie down.
5.Some guests are quite annoying, being restless during sleep and inconsiderate of others, making noise. Not sure which country they’re from.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. However the shared places, specifically the bathrooms were a bit disappointing in terms of cleaning. Both the toilet and shower could have been much cleaner!
Everything else was good! The lobby was great, staff was very friendly and helpful!

The hotel has a good atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy. There are many people chatting in the lobby every day. You won't feel bored. If you don't like the hustle and bustle, there is a terrace on the third floor where you can sit. The girls at the front desk are very polite. Dini is very nice and cute. I took a photo of them. You can cook by yourself or let the chef cook. The price is affordable and delicious. This restaurant is the most cost-effective and atmospheric restaurant in Jakarta. It is often full and sometimes needs to be booked in advance.

There was a lot of noise outside the room, the facilities were aging, and the service was not as good as last year. I opened the door several times, and the front desk lady was very impatient with me. I will never come again.
