Hotel the location is very strategic. For pedestrians like me, it's not a problem if you want to go to malls like CL, CP or TA, it's just a nice walk. But if you want to take Trans, you can too. Then in line there is laundry which is clean and fast. WiFi is slow,
The room can be quite clean but the TV doesn't work, the AC isn't cold especially with the weather like now.

Rooms are okay for under 100k but we are uncomfortable staying, this is not a hotel but like a boarding house, it's better to just use it as a boarding house, if you want to increase the price to make it like a hotel. There is no drinking water.
