They didn't let me check in at the time you specified. I was waiting at the reception from 1pm to 2pm until I entered the room because I didn't pay the receptionist 50,000 rupees per room for early check in, total 150,000 rupees. After entering the room, I found it unclean and there were traces of blood and hair on the bed and the bed sheet, and the color of the pillow was yellow from the poor cleanliness, and I couldn't enter at the time you specified for check in. After I asked them to change the bed sheet and pillow, they told me to wait half an hour, and they changed it but as if they didn't do anything, after an argument, I didn't reach any solution. And I checked in at 3pm. And they asked me for 300,000 rupees as a deposit. Why! This is the first time I rent a hotel and they ask for a deposit, is this the policy of Trip! . Unfortunately, the hotel treated me badly, as if I was asking them to accommodate me for free. I paid with my own money and wanted something clean. You embarrassed me in front of my friends, and I praised Trip to my friends, but unfortunately I discovered otherwise. Now I hope you will do justice and give me my rights. Regarding your communication via email, that you contacted the hotel and the issue was resolved by the receptionist, this is incorrect.
