I felt at home the minute I entered building, Our room, Coco, was clean and well presented, with a lovely welcome package. The Inn provides an opportunity to meet other guest with a glass of Port in the warm and cosy dining/ lounge room each evening. The breakfast pack was substantial with plenty of options and catered to many and varied preferences. Checkout was a very comfortable 11.00 am. Overall a very positive experience, I would highly recommend the Dragon Fly Inn to anyone looking for accommodation in Launceston.

The Dragonfly Inn was a gorgeous stay. The rooms were beautiful, cosy, and welcoming. Checkin and checkout was easy. The room greeted us with the heater on, the lamps lit and the fire glowing. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to my friends.

Wow is the only word I can use to describe this accomodation. They have thought of everything to make their guests totally comfortable and their price was great as well. Treat yourself and spend a night or more here while in Launceston. Feel totally looked after.

Perfect stay of pampering and chill. We immediately felt a warmth entering the beautiful house. The Rosie room had all the touches and the bath was fab! Everything was pretty perfect. I’m not a fan of sweet juices, fruitcups or sandwich bread so breakie could have been better. So much better than a hotel.

Absolutely beautiful room, bed soooo comfy, amazing bath and very generous breakfast supplies. Such an incredibly restored building with so much love put into it. Our 2nd stay in 2 completely different rooms each time and loved both visits. We only wished we lived closer so we could stay more often.

Loved this place, last visit to Launceston was 50 Years ago, things have certainly changed since then. Located high on a Hill, The Dragonfly Inn is in the area of West Launceston, while not in the CBD it sufficed for my requirements. Breakfast Box was a pleasure. Enjoyed the Stay whilst there.

Wow, what an experience. Fluffy pillows and fluffy chairs in my room. Fluffy warm water bottles and fluffy robes. Cracker, cheese and wine in the fridge. A beautiful breakfast basket with enough for a packed lunch. Juice, relishes and port. What can I say, best ever stay, I had the Delilah room which had a tiny bit of sunshine coming in late afternoon on the one side and a flickering fire in the other. Wonderful atmosphere!! Forever impress with garden and city lights to view on the verandah. It’s a “I’ll be back from me”

The Dragonfly Inn is our go-to stay when in Launceston. Good value, convenient and clean. The supplied breakfast basket is generous and the complimentary welcome drinks, cheese and biscuits were a lovely surprise. They even have a picnic basket and blanket you can borrow, a nice touch.

I chose this place because of the name and the obvious tie to the Gilmore Girls and it didn't disappoint. It was what I imagined it to be. I liked the check in process and the breakfast basket (although I did wish there was a little juice somewhere). The building is beautiful, we stayed in the Lorelai room and although it was right at the front door it was quiet and also very roomy. Bed was really comfy as well
