No.64 at the Joiners

Stayed here day after Boxing Day with my partner and really enjoyed my experience with this boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and got me checked in with no hassle even though I had made a mistake on the booking name. Rooms were furnished to a high standard and beds super comfy! Would definitely return if I was in the area again, thank you.

Lovely business trip. Nice comfy stay in a great location. Very attentive staff. Will defo be returning next trip down south with work. Room was spacious clean and tidy and loved having a few beers in the cosy pub down stairs. Was welcomed by all the regulars.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights over Christmas and had an absolutely marvellous experience. I’ll admit, I’m super fussy when it comes to hotels, but I genuinely couldn’t find a single fault with this place. Initially, I was skeptical about booking due to some past reviews, but I was informed by staff and their regular customers that the manager responsible for the issues has since been fired, and the owner is back in charge, having rectified all the problems. I can confidently say I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay. The rooms were spotless, the carpet had been freshly put down in a lovely Christmassy red, which really added to the festive feel, and everything was so comfortable. I had one of the best nights’ sleep…comparable to Crazy Bear, but at a fraction of the price. The coffee machine in the room was fantastic too, a small detail but much appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! I stayed here in December with my partner. It was easy to access, communication was great and helpful. The room itself was beautiful and very clean. They even had entertainment below at the pub which saved us wandering around in the cold trying to find anything to do! Really impresssd, would definitely return

Wonderful stay at the Joiners just before Xmas, friendly welcome at check in, rooms were really nice with four poster bed, free standing bath and lovely bathroom! Later we went downstairs and had a few drinks in the bar which had a very friendly cosy atmosphere Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend, great experience and great value!

Westmalling Nice barth room but small cramped.plus the room is small.didn’t get help with the coffee machine that was broken.no hot water in the morning and I don’t have any were to drop the key off my room.plus it closes at 9pm.and leading up to the room it smelt.
