The hotel overall is satisfactory. The location is good and the staff are nice, but the room is so tiny for 2 pax.

It’s a new hotel. It’s clean and hygienic. The rooms are spacious. The location is quiet and prosperous. It’s very convenient for transportation. It’s also very close to the city center. It’s close to Victoria Market. You can buy everything. I’ve stayed here for 15 years. God, I am so satisfied. I will stay here again next time I come. The front desk is so nice👍🏻

A very new hotel, very close to Victoria. The seats are very good. There is a tram just outside the hotel. The environment is very clean, tidy and bright. The bed is very comfortable and super comfortable. The only small drawback is that it is a little cramped and small. If you just want to sleep overnight Late CP value is considered high.

Except the room is a little small, everything else is good. The boss and his wife are very nice. We checked in late that day and they waited until we came back to get off work.

This Best Western Hotel on Capel Street is small but very clean and hygienic. Go out of the hotel to the left to Victoria Street and walk straight for 2 minutes to see Melbourne's famous Victoria's Market. The hotel opened in February this year, and all the facilities are new, except that the rooms are newly decorated and have some smell. The hotel owner and his wife are very friendly and often ask if the room needs to be cleaned or added sanitary products. During my stay at the hotel this time, there was an earthquake in Melbourne, and I was awakened by the shaking at nearly 12 o'clock at night. Although the magnitude of the earthquake was not large, it was still an adventure.
