I gotta say, my stay at Best Western Plus Milwaukee West was absolutely amazing! 🌟 From the moment we walked in, the front desk guy was like a breath of fresh air. He was funny, super nice, and had awesome suggestions for things to do around the area. Such a respectful dude!
Now let's talk about the room. It was so nice and tidy, I couldn't ask for more. But get this, the shower had not one, but two heads! Talk about luxury! It's perfect for showering with your partner or just treating yourself to some extra relaxation.
Downstairs, there's this super cool speakeasy vibe going on. I felt like I was in a whole different era. They've got a fantastic restaurant and bar there too. The prices were surprisingly cheap, but the food was out of this world tasty. And the bartender? Such a nice guy to chat with!
And let's not forget about the complimentary breakfast. It was next level, I’ve never called hotel breakfast next level…. But it was elite. So many options, it felt like my mom cooked it all up. It was like a home away from home.
All in all, my stay at Best Western Plus Milwaukee West was absolutely incredible. The front desk guy, the awesome room, the amazing shower, the speakeasy vibes, the affordable and delicious food, and the delightful breakfast all made it a stay to remember. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. 🏨✨

Staff was great, room was smelly. Chose this hotel because it was one that had a pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub were out of order.

Booked the wrong room which was my fault. They did not allow me to switch rooms even though I was there for 3 nights. Pool was not working after the first night. No communication about this but a sign on the door. Fireplace outside did not work. Opossum nest under the front deck. Room had a weird smell and outdated. Breakfast was ok nothing out of the usual. You are not allowed to cancel without a 24 hour notice. You have to cancel through the 3rd party if you booked through them. But the hotel does not respond to the 3rd party in a timely matter to be able to cancel.

At check in found out pool and hot tub were shut down. We chose this place for the pool and hot tub. Was then told by the front desk clerk my 68 year old mother was not allowed to stay because she lived in the area. Cancelled reservation and left. Scrambled to find another place last minute. Not only was I not refunded but they also charged my CC $25 more. Bad service.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The hotel manager was amazing, and the staff was too. We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and were very happy with both.

From the toilet paper holding up shelf’s in the bathroom, to the ice box hot tub. DO NOT STAY!!! What I assume is blood on the mattress, smoke smelly room, burns on furniture. It’s below average just like the beds.

We often stay here when we visit our college student because the price is right and it is convenient. I had accumulated points for a gift card that I wanted to apply to the cost of my room. However, when we checked in the man at the desk did not know how to complete the transaction even after consulting his training manual. Later, he called the room to say he figured it out and he brought up what I thought was a receipt. However, in the morning I stopped at the desk and was told he only applied $50 of the $100 gift card. ??? For whatever reason the next clerk could only apply another $31 and could only provide me with a 1-800 number to figure out what went wrong. The complementary breakfast is typical, the beds are comfortable. The hotel itself is pretty standard, but it is starting to look worn and the entire thing smells like mold or like the air fresheners being used to cover up the musty smell. The smell reminds me of my grandma’s basement.
