my request on the first floor was ready for me when I arrived Clark helped me out and gave me some dining options and directions. Everything was clean and they had their Easter bunny tree up in the lobby which was nice for the young kids. Only problem we had was the microwave, but we brought what we needed to eat up down to the office and they took care of it for us, thank you Mike Page

This hotel needs some serious help. The rooms and entire hotel are in desperate need of renovations. The room we had a king bed, which was fine, but they charged us over $200.00 for it, so I feel we were ripped off, given the poor quality of the room. The bathtub drain cover was missing, leaving the nasty looking drain exposed. They had put a piece of granite trim at the threshold of the bathroom door and it is not flush with the floor so I ended up tripping on it and hurting my toe. The night before we stayed here, we stayed in another Holiday Inn Express in TX that was SUPER nice, we'll maintained, and cost about $50 less. I love Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotels and have never been let down until now. There are other places to stay in this vicinity. I would go there instead of staying here. It was just kind of nasty.

Was not given an accessible room, even though I had specifically reserved one and let hotel know I would be arriving with a person using a walker and one in a wheel chair. The best they could do was a 1st floor room. We were in town for my father's funeral. Because the room only had a standard tub/shower I had to make a trip to go by bathing wipes, dry shampoo and such.
Would I stay here again? Maybe
