Quality Inn & Suites

Chiquita made things extremely Comfortable… My flight was delayed by six hours, I arrived late and was still able to check in with NO Problems, yes the next time I travel… Quality Inn will be included in my stay… The maids were very helpful as well. What a great team!!!

My crew and I stay here a lot for work, and I wanted to give a shoutout to Jesse and Chiquita. They do a great job at the front desk and are always friendly and helpful. They work well together, always have a good attitude, and make guests feel welcome. It’s nice seeing the same familiar faces every week and knowing you’ll be treated with kindness and respect. I just wanted to recognize them for the hard work they put in. Jesse and Chiquita are a big reason we enjoy staying here. Keep up the good work, ladies.

Rooms were nice but customer service was exceptional. The housekeeping did a great job and breakfast was nice with a lot of options and the breakfast lady MELISSA helps us with our luggage and served us coffee. Stayed for business and will be returning next time in town. Thanks for a great stay!

They had a nice breakfast and the attendant MELISSA keep everything well stocked and very clean. She catered to our evey need and gave great conversation. We ill be returning our next trip to town the rooms were clean and comfy as well. Thanks for making this tough time a lil easier on us.

Clean comfortable rooms. Beds are very comfortable in pillows are too. Renee is a very friendly person and very helpful for the few questions that I . She is an asset to this quality in location. Thank you, Renee.

Our room was dirty. The only clean part of the room was the bedding. Once we arrived, we immediately looked for a different place to stay only to discover everything was sold out. Bathtub had a residue we had to clean out before using, bugs and ick behind the nightstands. Microwave and tv had splashes of something on them. Very disappointed.

The sheets had holes in them and they were pilled form age. Lamp pulg in for charging phones were loose and would not work.

The front desk staff, Candy and Jessie were very nice and helpful, the maid's were sweet and helpful to, despite the problem with the elevator not working a lot of the time while we were there, I'm an old heavy lady and willing up 3 flights of stairs wasn't easy .os Sunday they offered to move us to a ground floor room , but I didn't want my poor husband to have to move all our stuff twice being we were leaving Monday morning. He's in his 80's, and so I said we'd make do were we were. But everything was pretty good the room was nice the bed was too soft for me, but my husband liked it. The Breakfast bar was okay, we've had better ones, the staff made the stay good. The good parking and outside area were nice and clean. We were able to find a good close space every night.
