This hotel is updated and refreshed, so there are no complaints with amenities, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. It's a good value for the money for West Palm Beach area. In proximity to a lot of locations, but not in the best area overall. Not unsafe, but a challenge to get to. Again, a nice stay there. The location is convenient -- but nothing to get excited about.

Perfect stay in every way. Very clean, very modern. Plug-ins available. Room was spacious, and very conveniently located to multiple shopping & eateries. Breakfast each morning was hot and GREAT. Very convenient business center also, located at the edge of the dining area. I was able to conduct an online meeting there during breakfast. Beds were great, and plenty of long pillows. The elevators worked perfectly. All the parking was convenient to a door. There was a nice-looking exercise room and pool also. I would re-book here in a heart-beat if coming back. It's also near the spring-training MLB stadium, although I didn't have a chance to go there.

Had 1 night here primarily for the Palm Beach Zoo. Cheap hotel and looking a little tired in our room. Could do with some TLC in the near future. Great location though. Breakfast a little limited compared to the UK Holiday Inn's but for the price, you can't really complain.

The place was ok. The bathroom specifically was surface cleaned but not super great. Corners were filthy. Lots of permanent marks and stains. They do use Dove bath products, so that was nice. Location wasn't too bad but it was very noisy by street traffic. It was like listening to a fast and furious movie all night between the revving cars and cops. Staff was nice enough. Coffee in the lobby was cold but there was a microwave in the room.

Stayed here to attend the Nationals vs Astros spring training game which is about 1.6 miles from the ballpark - 25-30 minute walk. The hotel staff seemed to be undermanned, especially at breakfast as they ran out of the main food before 8am with people waiting for replacements. The hotel itself is about average to include cleanness. My room was near the elevator, so it could get noisy at times. The stay was uneventful, which could be considered a good thing.

Lovely place, quite, very nice front people, very helpful great services. Breakfast was beyond good. After the previous night in a very sketchy place it was nice to stay in a place that was so very nice.

The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The parking lot was usually pretty full (especially later at night) with tight spaces. There were usually several people hanging out in the parking lot.

Upon parking near the front door, a pair of homeless people were sitting on the front bench. Inside, apparently the last room was taken by the person ahead of me even through we booked online but fortunately didn't secure with a credit card so I didn't have to fight with that at least. While waiting in line for the front desk clerk, another homeless person was digging through their wheelchair for change to buy candy. After being told the "last" room was just taken, trying to leave the parking lot the person in the wheelchair was sitting in the middle of the parking lot so we couldn't back out. Overall very sketchy area, annoying that they overbooked but whatever. Maybe the rooms would've been ok, front lobby looked clean.

At over $200/night we would have liked a lot less pot smoking on our non smoking floor. Hallways smelled heavily of ********* and the odor seeped into our room. Wall plug air freshener helped very little. Bathtub porcelain chipped. Asked for an extra blanket and got a sheet. Common area hallways, lobby, community area all too warm and stuffy. Broken ice machine. Breakfast staff was able to give us a frozen disk in a clear trash bag. No bananas at breakfast and cutie oranges looked sickly. Only 1 luggage cart available to haul all our diving gear. We had an overall feeling we were in a sketchy area so we only ventured out to the nearby Cracker Barrel. Would not return to this property.
