Best Hotels in West Palm Beach, United States

The hotel is very new, super wide and comfortable room. Well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Super nice and clean bathroom. All very cozy, comfortable. We stay for three nights. The hotel is well located, easy access, close to the West Palm Beach airport and about 10 minutes' drive from the beach. Super recommended!

We just returned from a lovely month at Hampton Inn WPB Central. At check in we were warmly greeted and recognized as Diamond Hilton members by Dejon and Jean. Throughout our stay they were both warm, welcoming and helpful. Also greeting us upon arrival was the Sales Manager Joanne Schroeder, happy to see we arrived safely and making sure that check in went smoothly and that we were happy with our accommodations. Our suite was large, very clean, bright and well furnished. The refrigerator could have been a little larger with a more adequate freezer section, but we managed nicely with what we had. Elande of housekeeping was wonderful and did a great job cleaning our room. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices. A suggestion might be to serve a variety of yogurt flavors instead of one flavor that has to be hand spooned out of a large bowl. Also, decaf coffee would be a nice addition to the regular coffee left for guests in the lobby throughout the day. It is only there during breakfast. The kitchen staff, Kari, Maria and Clifford, all did a marvelous job replenishing items as well as keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and updated. We did not use the pool although it was lovely. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was not conducive to rest and relaxation. On the plus side, the Hampton Inn is connected by a very short path to a Hilton Garden Inn and we were welcome to use the pool there which was very nice and quiet. The gym is excellent with new and updated equipment. We would like to thank all staff members in every capacity for their kindness to us. They are all professional and an asset to Hilton hotels. If it were possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars and highly recommend it for a short vacation or an extended stay. We are looking forward to returning next year to experience Hampton Inn hospitality once again.

Hotel location is very close to the airport, there is a pick-up service, the room is very clean with a small refrigerator, gym pool, breakfast is good, suitable for family travel, business travel.

Where to begin? I was passing through and made a reservation for one night. I checked in late at night and there were guests with small children just hanging out outside their room. I found this odd because it was nearly midnight. I checked in and their were also several guests kind of roaming around the place. As I walked to my room I noticed that the common areas of the hotel were dirty and looked fairly run down. I could hear plenty of guests were still active inside their rooms also. Opened my room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Flipped on the room lights and bathroom lights and saw a roach climbing up the wall. Everything in the room needed renovation. Looked old and well used. The bed was not comfortable and very firm. I would not stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in WPB to celebrate the New Year. The hotel is clean, and a super location. Our suite was beautiful, with views of the lake and downtown, including fireworks! I don’t usually comment about the staff by name, but Kim was exceptional. She has been serving in the dining room for 18+ years and her positive attitude is contagious! She is perfect for the first person you encounter in the morning. Many of the tram have been at this location for years and that proves it’s a nice place!

It is a good place to travel. The facilities are good and I recommend it for family trips in many ways. Location is ok too.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING HERE! From the internet photos, and from the outside, this facility looks like many similar hotels . Checking in, it seemed unusual that the attractive lady in front of us was paying in cash. When we drove around the building to our room, there was a suspicious person just sitting in the vehicle next to our parking spot. I realize ”suspicious” is totally subjective, but sometimes your ”gut” tells you. There were very ”sketchy” characters walking about the back parking lot, and we noticed a sign warning that ”ski masks” were prohibited -- i.e ones that might be used for criminal activity in warm and sunny south Florida. Walking into our room, we noticed that the metal door had large ”bang” dents -- as if someone tried to use a hammer to gain entry. The room had two beds, but only ONE pillow on each, and only a sheet with NO COVERS. Might the room be used for ************? There were cigarette burn marks on the one small table. It looked like a slum. It took only a minute for us to turn around and go fast to the office for an immediate cancellation. We are only glad we had this bad experience in DAYLIGHT. I have been around many blocks. But I would not like being here after dark!

The hotel is nice and convenient, and staying here on business is a good choice. The hotel room is also relatively large, clean and tidy, the service is also very good, still very satisfied, it is worth recommending.

The stay was great. You can't hear the planes, it was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast, they didn't have fruit, orange juice, pancakes or eggs. I had a bagel and my boyfriend had a waffle, but those were good. I would go back there!

I’m a Diamond member that travels frequently at Hilton brands with our service dog and a 1 pound emotional support bird. I made the fatal error of checking in at the front desk rather than using the digital key check in . I wanted the front desk to know I had a service dog and emotional support bird with full documentation showing their pics and credentials. The snarky and RUDE front desk team got into with me because they were determined to charge me a $75 fee for the 1 pound bird and nothing for the 14 pound dog….this despite I had the proper credentials . Not to mention I’ve been a Diamond member for two decades and spend a lot of money with Hilton brands. I called the Diamond Desk and they made things right. I’ve never been pushed so far as to actually curse out of frustration and dispicable customer service. I did in this case, which I regret. I will NEVER stay at this property again. Disgusted after showing loyalty, paperwork and then being so disrespected at a so-so property at best. If you plan on booking a Hilton Garden Inn in the area, book the property in Palm Beach Gardens. They respect their loyal customers, are animal friendly and have never charged me a fee. So much for my honesty when I checked in to this place. Goodbye and good riddence!
