In all fairness, the hotel is still good, but there is a flaw. It can be called fraudulent propaganda if it is more serious: it is clear when booking that there is a free airport shuttle bus. But when I got to the Palm Beach airport, I called and told you directly that I didn't.

We had a lovely stay at Canopy hotel. The room was great. A very comfortable bed, spacious, clean and a great bathroom. We made good use of the room and found things to be great. The Tv worked well. Although I did find the smaller details missing such as the smaller bathroom toiletries (earbuds etc) and a kettle to make tea. The pool, gym, restaurant and rooftop bar was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.

We came down to breakfast the next morning, my pre-operative day, in hopes to see one of the lovely ladies we had met last year, who was a burst of joy and radiated love. Luckily for us, she is still here and making people feel seen everyday. Before the end of breakfast, we saw Whitney, and upon my gleeful callout we were greeted with warm hugs and words of kindness. When we asked for assistance with our room, she jumped on it and by the time we came back downstairs, she had it all settled. Throughout our time at the hotel, we would have never known that we were even in a time of renovations and whole-floors being worked on, based on how much she did and her continued positive and calming demeanor. Her smile day after day, along with her positive affirmations kept me going most days. Whether she knows it or not, she was the bright spot in most of my days, just because of who she was and her genuinity. In a world where one can often feel alone, it was nice to be seen. Her kind demeanor and positive personality did not go unnoticed and we are forever grateful to have met her. She is patient and accommodating, genuine and compassionate, helpful and overly-giving. She constantly goes above and beyond her role, while making you feel cared for and important. It would not be the same place without her. Whitney’s character makes Homewood Suites the home that it is to us, as well as for many others, and for that we are forever appreciative and thankful. Not only did Whitney make such a difference in our time in Florida, but as stated before the entire staff and personnel of the hotel was extremely generous, friendly, compassionate and welcoming. I'm a Bonvoy Gold member, so I say in many Marriott hotels. The Courtyards are definitely not my favorite, but this one had the right location. On the good side, check-in was easy, the hall carpets are clean and good looking, my room was clean and quiet, and I had a good night's sleep. On the bad side, there is no microwave in the room. There is one located by the front desk in the little out cove where you can purchase meals, but you would have to do all your food heating there. What about if you brought in food from the outside? What a hassle that would be. Why can't there be a microwave in each room? My room had absolutely no decorative items such as pictures, wall hangings, or anything else on the walls. The walls were clean and nicely painted, but you got the feeling you were in some hostel. Of course, there isn't any safe in the room. That seems to be a common Courtyard ”attribute”. The shower was another problem. The shower has two wire racks right in the corner next to the shower head. My wife was washing her hair and cut her arm on the top wire soap rack. I'll show a picture of the rack. The shower has body wash, conditioner and shampoo containers, but who can read which is which when your glasses are removed, and your face is wet? Why can't there be a big ”B”, ”C”, and ”S” in large, white lettering? Would I stay here again? Yes, but only because of the convenient location.

I paid the full price of 13580 as soon as I made the order. When I was about to leave, the price was reduced to 13100. I asked Ctrip to refund the price difference of more than 400, but there was nothing. Other platforms included 13113 with double breakfast and a 100 US dollar consumer coupon. The difference was almost 1700 RMB. How much did Ctrip earn? I tried so hard to find a theory with Ctrip, but to no avail. The hotel reservations all have the lowest price protection agreement! Get my money back!

I was concerned with all reviews but decided to chance it since we wanted to stay on the beach in that location. We were in town for event so we spent a lot of time off site. We always found parking. Start off to say we knew it was vacation club which is different than a Marriott resort. There is tiki pool bar but no full service restaurant. But the Tiki bar has enough options for lunch and drinks. There is no room service or housekeeping. However they will bring you what you need if you ask. Be patient the staff works hard to serve everyone. “This is more bring food and make it at Resort.” We enjoyed our studio room. I am pretty sure they just had painted it. It worked for us. We stayed in Corbia building which was perfect. We had pool outside our building and easy access to the beach. The room has kitchenette including toaster, microwave, coffee maker. A fridge that was bigger than mini fridge. There was couch. But my favorite spot was patio. We swam at the pool closest to our building and always found a chair. We tried the main pool but couldn’t find chairs and kids were screaming all over so wanted to stay at one closest to us. So many activities for kids to do each day. They have list and lots going on. Each day there are specials at Tiki Bar but they do run out. There is area that has miniature golf course, corn hole, and shuffle board to play. Beach- two entrances and both have broken entry ways and broken showers. So needs to be fixed. I’m sure from storms but easy fix. Chair rentals is from 3rd party service $60 day or $100/two day. There is some sea**** on beach but that is from all the storms. The water is pretty and temperature was nice. We saw lots of families and it was busy time. For eating bring food to eat at hotel. There are few restaurants around but not many. They have grill area we saw guests using. I would come back as family with no doubt. My only feedback is they need more towels. They were always out quickly.

DDowneyThe stay was great. You can't hear the planes, it was very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Don't expect much for breakfast, they didn't have fruit, orange juice, pancakes or eggs. I had a bagel and my boyfriend had a waffle, but those were good. I would go back there!

GGuest UserSomething happened to our reservation at a nearby Marriott, so we were rebooked here. It was during the Honda Classic so everything was booked. Todd was at the front desk and I have to say I was rather upset for having our plans changed so I wasn’t the most pleasant customer for Todd. Todd stayed professional and asked if we would like two queens or a king. I realized I was probably being rude so I apologized. I applaud Todd for his professionalism. It started to get busy at check in so he greeted each guest. The room was clean. The AC was great. The fridge kept everything cold and the little freezer compartment actually froze my ice packs. Bed was comfy.

GGuest UserThe hotel can use some maintenance upgrades. Has the benefit of an airport shuttle which was nice. But I did notice a few things that can use attention. The staff is always nice here; After all, with 80 degree weather in early January, there's not much to complain about in the dead of winter. The gardens are not much to admire. restaurants and entertainment in the city. In fact, one can safely walk to this place or take the shuttle from the hotel.

I had a two-night stay at this hotel and I enjoyed it. The hotel is in a good location. Although it is not super, super close, you can easily walk to the beach. The food options are a bit limited but also good. If you’re looking for a super busy hotel to chat and/or meet others at the bar, it’s not the place. But this Hyatt it is definitely sufficient, comfortable, clean, and ultimately satisfying.

TTom_P_FL09From the greeting from Orlando at the front desk, to Arielle, Daniel, and everyone from housekeeping and servers, this has to be the friendliest staff I have ever encountered anywhere. They are very professional, and helpful. They go the extra step automatically. It is a great location for almost everything, especially Spring Training baseball. Very comfortable and relaxing environment. We will be back. By the way, not only is the staff attentive, with their joy interacting with each other, they clearly enjoy working at this location. And, that's a good thing.

GGuest UserWhere to begin? I was passing through and made a reservation for one night. I checked in late at night and there were guests with small children just hanging out outside their room. I found this odd because it was nearly midnight. I checked in and their were also several guests kind of roaming around the place. As I walked to my room I noticed that the common areas of the hotel were dirty and looked fairly run down. I could hear plenty of guests were still active inside their rooms also. Opened my room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Flipped on the room lights and bathroom lights and saw a roach climbing up the wall. Everything in the room needed renovation. Looked old and well used. The bed was not comfortable and very firm. I would not stay there again.
