The highlight of this hotel is the incredible staff including the front desk, valets, restaurant staff, and room attendants. Exceptional customer service on all fronts and very welcoming. Love the new decor and the historical pictures of Buffalo throughout the hotel. The lobby decor is beautiful and provides a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. My only complaint is that I thought breakfast was pricy at $25. The dinner menu at the restaurant is reasonably priced and totally enjoyed dinner and dessert. I also loved the warm decor of the room.

Breakfast is too simple. Just some cakes, milk and biscuits and such. Can't expect breakfast here at all.
The room rate is pretty good inside. Clean and upscale, the bathroom has flush faucets in different directions, the toilet seat is insulated, and there is a flushing function. There is also a hot spring on the first floor, which is very comfortable and highly recommended.

Hotel was under renovations at the time so I'll give them that. But rooms were dirty, smelled, and didn't seem sanitized. Tried to mask the smell with baby powder smells throughout hallways. No pool. Had a conference room that was convenient but nothing fancy about it. Beds were quite uncomfortable. Nicest thing about hotel was the bar attached that had a good menu and alcohol selection; and you could walk to Denny's and walk to the Speedway for snacks.

We live almost 2 hours away, and stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites so our family of 4 could get a little extra sleep before an early morning flight out of BUF. We booked a room and parking package, which allowed us to leave our car in the hotel parking lot for an upcharge that amounted to half of what we'd have paid to park it at the airport. Our room (standard, 2 double beds) was not fancy, and the shower was very small, but it was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and everything was in good working order. Best of all, the breakfast offerings were set out early enough for us to have a delicious meal before we left, and our shuttle driver to the airport could not have been more cheerful or helpful. When we returned over a week later, late at night, the shuttle arrived to pick us up at the airport within minutes of our calling. We had such a good experience, we've already booked a stay for the night before our next family vacation!

It is a relatively old-fashioned hotel type, but the English at the front desk has to be very standard, there are not many types of breakfast, but it fully meets the needs, the proprietress and each table say hello and chat, the surrounding environment is also very good, unfortunately did not go shopping.

The hotel should be considered next to Buffalo City, about 30 minutes from the waterfall, a little drive away. The first room was arranged next to the road and it felt a bit noisy. After communicating, I quickly changed to a room inside, free parking, it is very convenient, and there are some restaurants around. Simple meals are also convenient. There is a laundry room, and the service desk downstairs can buy washing powder and change coins. Still recommended hotel

We stayed at the Hyatt Place Buffalo/Amherst for one night while we attended a wedding across the street. The hotel was lovely and clean with a beautiful and welcoming firepit, plenty of convenient parking, a nice workstation area, and very large rooms with super comfortable beds! The staff was friendly, the halls and surrounding areas were nice and quiet, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

OOdyssey58671229455This hotel is slowly renovating each floor. We were assigned to the 5th, but heard no construction noise from the floor below. Though the new construction in our little studio suite was mostly nice, they did it on the cheap. The old and dark wood cabinets remain, which look dated. Also in the sink area. The shower stall does not have a sliding door. So when the hinged door opens, it is towards the toilet, away from the other wall, where the towel hooks are located. Dumb design! Speaking of the shower, it looked as if they bought the cheapest type of hand-held shower wand that they could. The cord is hard plastic, very stiff so you can barely adjust the height and water spray direction you need. Taking a shower with it during 6 mornings was a chore. For some reason, this hotel has very few small suites with king mattresses. So we were stuck with a Queen, when we are used to a king at home. Again, after the 4th night of 6, that got “old”, and made a good night’s sleep tough to get. Breakfast food was as boring and untasty as in most included hotel buffets. We don’t expect better from most places at this point. The one Happy Hour that we attended provided bad beer and wine. Sorry I sound so negative, but they were just not good. On the bright side, the front desk people were always very friendly and professional. Especially one night when I had an accident and fell out in the parking lot. The woman at the desk was quite helpful to my husband and me. Another nice thing is the location of this hotel, which is near to many kinds of businesses. Mainly, the large Wegman’s supermarket.

YYINGThe breakfast is delicious, there are coffee, quiche, some cake desserts, waffles to do it yourself, yogurt, fruit chowder, sausage or something. There is a very large supermarket next to it, parking just stops at the door, because there are open spaces and low houses. It is 15 minutes drive from the airport. The room is quite big, there is no facilities inside, no wardrobe. In short, it is the feeling of the Samsung hotel. The rooms have free wifi which is quite good. Slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs are not provided.

GGuest UserThe location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!
