A heartily welcome by Puja Gurung and Sejal. Excellent house keeping by Madan, Chyan and Sumitra. Excellent restaurant service by Deepam Pradhan, Prashant Thapa, Akancha Rai, Ismiti Thapa and Prajwalika. Overall very comfy stay with quality food.

I had an excellent stay in Sumitel hotel in Pelling. It is located at the most beautiful location. The hotel itself looks like a tourist attraction. The staff of the hotel is so wonderful. Specially the receptionist named Sejal Tamang. She is very welcoming and friendly. She explained the beauty of Sikkim and suggested many places to visit. She also attended to my needs in the most quickest fashion. She absolutely made sure that me and my family has the most comfortable stay and checked on us time to time. I’m really grateful to Sejal and I wish to come back and stay at Sumitel hotel in Pelling soon again. Thank you for your amazing hospitality

All department at reception restaurant food house keeping were excellent. And staff was beyond amazing including Akancha,Prajwalika, Ismiti , Pooja, Sejal, Madan, Chujan, Sumitra. They were really very helpful and good displine staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a pleasant stay, all because of The staffs like Prajwalika, Prashant,Akanchcha, Ismriti, Deepam are helpful and sweet, Chef takes care of the cooking instruction. Clean room & proper maintenance by Sumitra. Pooja being the torch bearer for all the room requests. I am grateful to each and everyone for making our stay so smooth and peaceful. Rooms are spacious and with a great view. Washrooms are clean and nice.

The hotel view was very fabulous n we can see the valley from room . Hotel staffs were very nice n familiar n there food were very good in taste n service were very very very good n well service n prepration was awesome. All staffs are very good particularly Sejel at the reception and. Madan in the house keeping . Very new property.. Rooms having good view particularly premium room. Bathroom are precious Restaurant well located served good food Overall a good property

Had a wonderful stay at sumi pelling.Great location rooms are spacious and well maintained.Food was very good, delicious.Service was very good. The staff was amazing including Miss Pooja from reseption did very well to keep our Stay comfortable.And Lastly From Housekeeping Miss Madan was very polite and did the service on time. We will surely recommend this hotel.

Our Stay went very well. The rooms very comfortable and Ambiance was perfect Food was very delicious and we were group(M.P.V.N.S) staying in all 21 rooms in that hotel but they really manage everything perfect. Staff was great Special Miss Pooja , Miss Madan were very helpful. Really enjoyed our Stay at this hotel.
