Rooms are fantastic. Housekeeping service is prompt. Alina ensured the rooms are cleaned and well decorated. Overall experience was awesome Food is good and the resort is next level. Pelling is beautiful place and club Mahindra Resort make it mesmerizing

Awesome hospitality !! Lovely place !! Biju, Nira, Anu , Prangan have been very helpful !!! Rooms were clean and neat ! Alina was very helpful with the rooms ! The property is small and very nice one ! The resturant staff were also very hospitable and the food is delicious!!

All Staff of Chumbi retreat resort and specially Nira, Pradhan from Reception & Annu in SPA and the staff of restaurant they all are very careful for us as a guest and food is also so tasty and fine all staff of the Chumbi is so much nice and careful also helpful and I salute to all staff for our stay making memorable.

The stay at Chumbi was one of the finest in recent times. The housekeeping staff headed by Alena were very caring and often asked about our comfort and ensure everything was in order. They had even decorated our bed when we returned from our sightseeing tour on day two. It was very sweet and relaxing on returning. We definitely recommend this place if you plan to visit Pelling.

My experience. Is very satisfying front desk restaurant room cleaning the staff nature is very polite and always serve in maximum satisfying way. In reception neera and annu nature is excellent and very nice. Restaurant staff are very polite and always smiling. Very nice experienc.

One of the best properties in Pelling. Hospitality is top notch & special mention to Alina for great room service and room decor. The staff were kind enough to provide us a room before check in time. The food was great and the staff went out of their way to provide baby friendly food as per our request. Highly Recommended 😇

The chumbi mountain great experience...... the Room were verneat and clean te room attendance was very friendly and helpfull specially miss Alina gurung her hard work is to good the views from was really good the quality of food was very good thanks to Ugen from room service And miss Anjana I found in public area she very friendly We really enjoyed in this resort we recommend this hotel to visit..
