The hotel is situated at a prime location of the city. The rooms are well designed. The food quality is very nice. However, there is a severe problem of maintenance. I stayed there for three nights. I had to change my room as the geyser was not working, taps were out of order, so was the tv. The room service had to be more efficient and prompt. Also, rooms should have been cleaner.

Hotel was good clean but the manager switch off the lift usually and they on 1st day said the lift was bad. After saying my mother have knee ache. They on the lift next day but switch it off after we enter hotel. So had to come by stairs manytimes. Hotel was good clean but the manager switch off the lift usually and they on 1st day said the lift was bad. After saying my mother have knee ache. They on the lift next day but switch it off after we enter hotel. So had to come by stairs manytimes. The hotel is situated at a prime location of the city. The rooms are well designed. The food quality is very nice. However, there is a severe problem of maintenance. I stayed there for three nights. I had to change my room as the geyser was not working, taps were out of order, so was the tv. The room service had to be more efficient and prompt. Also, rooms should have been cleaner.
