Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption, dass sich immer mit Wäsche sortieren herausredet, wenn diese ständig nicht besetzt ist. Dabei war dann deutlich, das diejenige vom Rauchen kam - weil man das roch! Abgebrochene Leisten im Zimmer, altes Badezimmer mit laut röhrender Lüftungsanlage. Zimmer im Kellerverlies eine wirkliche Zumutung - auch alle anderen ( wir waren mit mehreren dort ) ohne Sichtschutz, so dass man gezwungen war, auch am helllichten Tage die dunklen Vorhänge zu zu ziehen wenn man duschen war. Lediglich der Frühstücksraum war schön anzusehen und auch das Frühstück ging in Ordnung.

Sehr zentrale Lage in Westerland. Netter Empfang und Service. Ausreichendes Frühstück. Zimmer sehr schön geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad OK, leider kein Warmwasser, da Totalausfall. Nur Verdunckelungsstoffe am Fenster und keine Gardinen. Von Gegenüber einsehbar. Die Kopfkissen zu hart und zu weich. Matrazen OK.

It can't get any worse! If you want to live in the basement on Sylt, you should go there. The prices are completely unjustified. A few slices of cheese for breakfast. Severe headaches from the scent system. The staff are so unfriendly. Customer service is not a priority here. Animals are everywhere in my room. The room was cleaned by bad staff. I was missing €50.
