We were a party of seven staying three nights. We booked the restaurant for my birthday on our first evening. A fantastic meal with menus for the children and wonderful service from the excellent staff. We used their own safari vehicle to visit Addo, our driver Phillip was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Candice and her staff could not have done more to make our stay very special.

Very friendly staff. Very good restaurant on the premises. Confortable beds. Lightening level could be better, and the natural swimmingpool did not look not very inviting. A donkey and 2 nice cats wander around. On the whole a lovely stay.

The cabins were super cute and beautifully decorated inside. It was also really nice to see how they try to do everything as sustainably as possible. It was ideal that there was a good restaurant on site. It was nice to see boys and girls from the townships being trained there and working in the restaurant.

We hebben hier met ons gezin van vijf volwassenen twee nachten geslapen. Addo zelf stelt niet zoveel voor, maar het terrein van de accommodatie is mooi aangelegd. Wij sliepen in de lodge, waar we twee mooie ruime kamers hadden. Helaas hadden we wat pech; de eerste avond was er geen water en de t****e avond viel de stroom continue uit. Ach, douchen bij kaarslicht met een zaklampje erbij heeft ook wel wat. Ontbijten en eten doe je in het bijbehorende restaurant, waar jongelui uit de townships worden opgeleid tot ober/kok. Het is chique tafelen; de borden worden mooi opgemaakt en het eten is heerlijk. De locatie ligt ideaal voor een bezoek aan Addo Elephant Park.

We verbleven hier twee nachten in een aangename kamer. Onze douche werkte bij aankomst niet maar dit was meteen gefikst. Ook het eten in het restaurant is erg lekker. In de buurt is er niet echt iets om te eten, dus fijn dat dit daar kan. 2 vegetarische opties, als je een full day safari doet krijg je de lasagne van de kaart tijdens de middag, dus als je veggie bent is er wel niet superveel variatie. Full day safari is ook een aanrader we gingen in mei en waren met 6 in een auto voor 9 dus veel ruimte en kleine groep. We vonden alleen dat de gids niet super veel vertelde in vergelijking met een vorige safari die we deden.

Alles war hervorragend. Die "Hütten" sind bestens ausgestattet mit Dusche, extra Toilette, Moskitonetz. Kühlschrank... Das Restaurant Mololollo ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Unser Tourguide Emmanuel auf der Safari war absolute Spitze. Er hat uns unglaublich viele Tiere gezeigt. Alles was es im Addo Elephant Park gibt. Es war sensationell.

Lovely friendly welcome and we really enjoyed our characterful room which had a real safari lodge feel to it. Restaurant was good and we liked the breakfast. We didn’t have much time to try the natural pool but honestly we didn’t find it very inviting. TIP: if you’re driving to Addo follow the directions that the guesthouse helpfully provides, rather than your satnav.
