Everything was very good at this hotel, felt very safe, nice and quiet and all of the facilities and the room were top notch, nothing to complain about.

Starbucks was closed. Hair dryer was sticky and gross. Hotel was very cold. Ubers had trouble getting to the hotel lobby.

Hotel overnight staff was amazing. Very nice property, room was clean and up to part. Got me checked in fast and recognized how tired and hungry I was. Offered food options. Angela was a blessing. Thank you so much for your kindness. Hope to be back in the future.
