It costs nearly 3,000 US dollars a night. It is an old five-star hotel. The hardware is good, but the service is average. I always refuse all requests with a smile.

We only live an hour and half away but our first time here. Wanted to getaway to de-stress before a surgery and relax, this was the place! It was the break we didn't know we needed. No idea they just remodeled the pool outside, they were perfect, felt like we were at a resort. Loved it so much we are heading back this week. Only downside it the breakfast at Coin & Candor, we bought the room package that included it. Every item we had was either cold or off-tasting. Think it was just a mishap as we went to dinner the night before and that was great. Look forward to our coming stay.

We had a wedding weekend with the soon-to-be's (my daughter and fiance) in a Waterfall view suite, and ourselves in a Malibu corner suite. These rooms were fabulous! Large spacious living room and bedroom, two bathrooms (one huge), great views, excellent service! They weren't cheap, but wow did we get taken great care of!! I highly recommend this place! Great grounds to walk, good gym/spa, even an art gallery to view!

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The room had all amenities and was very quiet. There is a nice walking path that I used in the mornings. Had drinks and ate at the restaurant downstairs. Everything was excellent. A very enjoyable stay!

Westlake Village was my first Four Seasons experience. Before arriveing, I didn't understand what this property was about, but after staying there for the weekend, I learned it's mainly for events/conferences, as well as wellness/spa. I was there for a wedding, and the whole experience was top notch. Room, facilities, staff, make the expensive price tag well worth it.
