The hotel was a pleasant surprise for bargain rate. The only thing that surprised me was the lack of a hair dryer in the room. I was also somewhat surprised that the room was set up such that it was difficult to watch the TV from anywhere but laying on the bed. But, all in all, I was very satisfied with my choice.

Upon arrival the grounds and building looked dirty and dingy. When we walked into the reception area you could tell the air conditioning was broken. I asked the clerk if the a.c.was out and was told the a.c. was just out in the lobby. Upon checking in i was told that it was required to put a $150 on my credit card for incidentals and was that all right. I said no it was not alright and i have stayed in much nicer places and that wasn't required but if i must then i guess i had to. We checked into the room you could tell it was dated but was fairly clean. Next morning we went into the "breakfast area" at 6:45 and it was at lease 90 degrees and only cereal out and no milk. We didn't ask if any more was coming out because you couldn't stand the heat in the room and by the way the "pool was closed" due to "maintenance" I would never stay here again. It took a week and a half to get a reply and this is what i received --We apologize for the bad experience at the hotel, we appreciate that you have shared your opinion with us, and this will help us to improve our services in the future. Please be advised that we did reach out to the property and requested compensation but we were informed that as there was no record of the nonconformities no compensation can be approved. I called the hotel and told them if they did not reversed the $150 charge i would dispute it on my credit card. It took over a week to have the $150 reversed .

Facility is trying to do renovation, but many things still needs to be done. Major furniture has been replaced, but everything else is falling apart. Stains in many places and parts missing in bathroom and appliances. It's right next to highway and window does not stop the noise well, so can constantly hear the traffic. Service is fine and didn't have any bad experiences. There is a breakfast bar, but items served are very basic. Constantly saw some people who obviously didn't stay at the hotel try to enter the back locked gate. They either called someone or picked the lock to get in. Then went into one of the rooms and left after a few minutes. Their activity looked highly suspicious to me.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of wonderful. Staff was very helpful; Trudi the General Manager is amazing. Breakfast was nice and warm. The newly renovated rooms are very nice and a total surprise. Will definitely be coming back again!

The location of the property is very close to all the major restaurants in the area. Very close to the mall as well. Staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick. The rooms were the best part, clean, new, and comfortable! They will be the reason for me to come again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They say the hotel is under renovation- it is a complete disaster. None of the rooms are done, they are dirty/moldy, missing lights, poor if any AC. Staff is rude and no help with any issues. They need to just close this place down.

It so bad. The beds had crumbs on them. There was a roaches when we walked and it even smelt so bad when opening up the door. They gave us two cards and only one of them worked. I would not recommend here at all

When we made the reservation - not online but over the phone directly with the hotel - we were told we were getting a room with two queen beds. Nothing was said about the remodeling that apparently has been underway for months. When we arrived I was dismayed at how dirty the lobby is. The carpeting and furniture are old, nasty and stained - nothing like the online photos. As we checked in we asked the desk clerk if the room had two queen beds and she said, “Yes. That is what you reserved.” Our room was on the 2nd floor. We had to walk through a construction zone to get there. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for how they are proceeding with the remodeling. A few rooms would be under construction, then a couple not, then a couple more all torn up, There is drywall dust everywhere, extension cords in the hallways (a fall hazard) and the place is generally a mess. So we got to our room and there was ONE king bed. I went to the lobby and asked the desk clerk to give us a room with two queen beds. She said, “There aren’t any. You have a king suite. The couch is a sofa bed.” The couch was old, saggy, stained and there weren’t even any linens to use it as a bed. We had to make another trip to the lobby for that. If we had been told that 1) the hotel was under construction and 2) they did not have any rooms with two queen beds, we would have stayed somewhere else. As it was our payment was non-refundable so we felt we couldn’t even leave. Our room itself was grubby. It smelled like drywall dust. The HVAC register was very dirty. I hate to think what the filter looked like. The door to the room did not fit tightly, did not close completely and rattled when people walked by. The sliders in the bed area must have been either single pane or ill fitting because we could hear everything going on outside all night long. I looked at some of the rooms that were being remodeled and they look better than the one we had, but I won’t stay in this place again under any circumstances.

Originally we were put into a room that didn’t have working lights. We were moved to another room that looked like a fight had occurred in it. We stayed in the room, tired. The breakfast was lacking - no milk, syrup, pancakes - due to supply chain issues, it sounded like. Breakfast staff was apologetic. We really liked how the doors faced a gated area. Made us feel safer considering the doors are on the outside. They also seem to be doing renovations, so hopefully the property will improve in the future.
