The room is quite big, with a big bed + a sofa bed, very comfortable to sleep in, the Starbucks coffee in the room is good, there is a free parking lot, and there is a butterfly house next to it, which is highly recommended

They didn’t make us aware that they started something “new” that they don’t make up the bed in the room anymore they just empty the trash and leave new towels. When I called to ask why our bed hadn’t bed made the front desk said they should have told me upon checkin. They didn’t. First night the heated pool was cold, they repaired the next day, they didn’t even know the heater wasn’t working. Toilet kept running our entire stay. Overall for a 4 ⭐️ hotel this one leaves a lot to be desired. Our stay was a four night stay beginning 6/27/24. After long days being out and about it would have been nice to come back to a clean room and a heated pool as was advertised.

Nice hotel. Bed was very comfy. There are biking and running trails connected to the hotel. Staff was great. Front desk was awesome especially Jocelyn and Arisbeth. The lake is a nice feature and lobby restaurant is pretty good. I would suggest you plan to go out to eat most nights. Also seems like a lot of places close down by 10pm

Just returned from a lovely stay here. The service was sincere, friendly and professional, everything always with a smile. They say in real estate it's all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The Westin in Westminster has it in abundance. Just walking distance from a whole host of amazing restaurants, a fantastic country western bar with LIVE music, a movie theater and well-maintained and fun biking trails. A special shout out to Blue at the restaurant bar, Josie at the front desk and of, course, Corey Jackson also at the front desk. Housekeeping on the 7th floor during our stay were all so friendly and accommodating. Keep up the great work, everyone! We're telling all our family and friends! The Montes Family Santa Fe, NM

We have travelled past this hotel so many times over the years, wondering how nice it would be to stay. It turned out we finally had the chance for about 5 wonderful days of visiting family and friends in the north Denver metro area. There are few hotels I have stayed at in all the years I traveled for my job that stand higher in my estimation. The services we received from the front desk, the maid service and the service in the hotel restaurant were top shelf in every way. The views from our room was beautiful and we never heard anything outside our room at any hour. We are looking forward to our next trip to Denver and we will definitely hope they have an available room for us.
