Great stay at Holly Lodge Guest House, lovely accommodation, beds were comfortable and everything provided, including an in-room mini fridge.

Good choice for a guest house. Close to train station, 10 minute walk to centre of town, 20 minute walk to beach. All similar properties seem to be on edge of town, big hotels by seafront.

Booked and paid for two nights but could only stay for one night. The couple next door were shouting, laughing and swearing ,which we could clearly hear ,until after midnight.We were woken again at 2am by the sound of loud snoring, the dividing wall must be very thin.We didn't get much sleep at all. There is no one on site to speak to. The room itself was fine,nice and clean and comfortable, but we decided to stay in another hotel the next night.

Nice and clean place, but a bit of noise from the pipes disturbed my sleep. It is mentioned thst the place does breakfast for 5 £ however this is NOT correct, as they do not offer breakfast at all

Perfect. Holly lodge is just perfect. The room is small but spacious as they use all space saving storage. It was really clean and a comfy bed. Drinks provided, good communication. Ideal for our stay. Would definitely recommend

Awful bed - didn't get much sleep - woke up with terrible back pain so save yourself a trip to the osteopath and spend your money elsewhere. No help from company to resolve problem - absolute rubbish. Am baffled by so many positive feedbacks!!
