Popped in after seeing the notice board outside advertising food. Ended up having the prawn cocktail and spicy chicken burger for mains which voth were excellent. Highly recommend. Big thank you to Tracey for serving me and the barman Nathan for welcoming and making me feel less self conscious for eating solo

Drove to Weston and Visited family in Weston while there we visited this hotel for food. Had a great time and fast and helpful service. Food was good as well. Will go back again when we next visit our family. Thank you to Nathan for your help. Much appreciated

Excellent food and atmosphere in restaurant. Staff were very informative and helpful particularly Nathan, who was extremely professional in obtaining information on attractions in the area nothing was too much . I would definitely visit again

Great place to stay , clean and tidy great nights sleep. Hollie checked us in really helpful, polite and HAPPY. It is central to Weston super mare and in walking distance of pubs, pier and sea front. Parking is not catered for so you will have to find somewhere 👍

Great location, super clean and comfortable hotel and really welcoming, friendly and helpful staff (especially in the restaurant). Food for breakfast and dinner was fresh, good selection and tasty. Made our little ones few really special on our Christmas break and we had a great stay.

Clean and tidy, friendly staff. All that you would expect. Value for money. Things I would change would be the menu, an offer of smaller meals would benefit me as I just cannot huge amounts. I noticed there was no children's menu. Also an option to have a room for less able bodied made more obvious when booking online.

Breakfast started with plated service, which was outstanding. The sausages were flavourful, the coffee refreshing, and the table impeccably clean, with all sauces neatly arranged. Alex and Anna gave me a warm welcome, helped me settle in, and remained attentive throughout, maintaining excellent eye contact while expertly managing interactions with other guests. As the morning grew busier, the service transitioned seamlessly to a buffet. The eggs, bacon, and breads were fresh and plentiful during the buffet, ensuring a consistently enjoyable experience. While the food was excellent, the exceptional service from Anna and Alex truly stood out—bravo!
