I had initially booked for 4 people but only two could make the trip, did not get the info as to where the other two guests were going to stay, the stairs to access the rooms were not comfortable for me, made it very hard to go outside, pool was not working the pug in the bedroom was damaged reported and nothing was done. unfortunately had to leave on the 3rd due to an emergency at home. if things could be fixed its generally a good place to be. thank you. Need to improve with having a person to show us what is what and where.
