The room was my favorite by far. I loved the pool area. Hot tub was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be a repeat Customer

Hotel Manager and Staff went above and beyond to make sure our son's wedding weekend was a success! Many of our friends and relatives stayed in the hotel. Everyone commented on what a great place it was to stay. We used the private room for one of our group's events. It was perfect! The hotel is very clean, comfortable rooms, nice food and drink options. There are great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is also a short walk to the train station Route 128.

The hotel standards continues to decline. I have stayed regularly due to proximity to our office but each stay disappoints a little bit more. Housekeeping continues to be only offered every 2 days (you cannot have daily), the breakfast (if the kitchen is open) is inedible with most things off the menu and the B&B rate gives you only a drink or one item option. The cleanliness standards continues to decline along with the customer service (if you can find any) and the maintenance is also declining. As a top tier Marriott member I was not thanked for my loyalty, no upgrade mentioned, no extra points or breakfast upgrade and no bottles of water. I will move to the Marriott at Legacy Place from now on.

This is about my 8th stay at this hotel and I think the pandemic did it in. My current stay has been just awful. The shower sprays the entire bathroom with water and all my items got wet. The aircon system is loud so I turned it off, but the unit continues to go on and off making it hard to sleep. In the light of day I could see the sofa had icky stains all over. When I left the room today I left the do not disturb sign on the door. It was still there when I returned 8 hours later but housekeeping had been in the room which really annoyed me. The took towels I had hung up for reuse and left a bottle of cleaning solution right next to my toothbrush. Yuck! The worst part is they redid the bed and when I got in I realized they had changed the sheets but did not put a sheet under the duvet. And there was a bid clump of hair stuck to it. This was about as gross as it gets. I threw the duvet off the bed and slept under the top sheet. All this and I’m not even mentioning the lackluster check-in, elevator noise and sketchy guests. I am an elite member and so disappointed. The company will get a note on this stay.

The room appeared clean but not too impressive. No room service was provided on the two days I was there. The overall hotel seemed decent enough. Good for a night or two. I wouldn't stay there again.

Check-in on Saturday was okay but Hotel lacked sufficient luggage carts. Next day went to get a bite for breakfast but $8.50 for a plain bagel was a bit much for my taste so found a nice 50s diner near by and had a nice breakfast w\coffee for $8.10. Busy weekend at hotel and they didn't have enough staff to pick up litter and empty trash cans in Lobby. Got back late that evening andScalped room had not been serviced and no fresh towles. Front desk said they only service rooms every other day. At over $300/night I will not be returning.

Terrible experience at this hotel leaving me with a bad taste of Marriott. Weeklong trip across 3 states and 3 Marriott hotels. Upon arriving at this one, i was told my room reserved room was not available. At midnight, i was being told to head to another Marriott property by making my own way there. No offer to call me an uber... just make my way there. There was no email, no phone call, nothing sent via text to notify me before making my way from the airport to this hotel. After getting to their other property, i was hold they only booked me for 1 night and that i would need to check out and head back to the Courtyard for my second night. Are you kidding me! I know airlines overbook, but hotels when they are going to charge you for the first night if you no-show? come on! I have clients down the road from this hotel but will now be taking my business elsewhere. Too bad Marriott... I was Platinum Elite with you. Good bye!

I was here for a business trip. This Courtyard was convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly, room was clean, property seemed well maintained. Restaurant was OK, not great, but acceptable for breakfast. Would certainly return if I had another meeting in the area. Hotel is also adjacent to the train station. I personally didn't hear anything but the front desk staff made an effort to inform patrons of the potential for noise and attempted to place people in rooms away from the station.
