A fabulous dining experience in the nar and bistro, amazing food, exceptional quality and service, staff so friendly and helpful. Great choice of menu options, great variety on menu, special menu fir vegetarians, full gluten free menu, children's menu was the best I've ever seen. Decor is superb, so clean. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough, I'll definitely be back to stay

My sisters and I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel over the weekend. We had a fabulous experience. The room was really comfortable and spacious. The food delicious. Great leisure centre... but what makes this hotel stand out is the staff.....their attention to detail....friendliness from all and a special mention for Andrew in the bar who made smashing cocktails and sang a few songs. Congratulations to management on such a wonderful team. Thanks to all....we can't wait to return.

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean. Staff so friendly and helpful. Location is not too far from Wexford town by car. The bar restaurant in the hotel was lovely and would highly recommend it to. Will definitely be returning to the hotel to stay. Hopefully soon.

I have just come back from a stay in the Whitford Hotel to Celebrate my Aunts 90th Bithday , from when we enterted the doors the same made us so welcome , they went above and Beyond in everything they did Rooms are spotless , The Food is delicious , great choices available , breakfast cooked fresh to order. Staff made my Aunt and her Sister feel so special , Andrew in the bar is a complete Gentleman even playing some Nat King Cole in the bar as it was her favourite song . Even the chef in the kitchen came out to wish my Aunt a special Birthday , we coukd not have had a more perfect place to spend the few days . We will definitely return and Could not speak highly enough about all the staff who looked after us . Truly exceptional .

Family run hotel, not a chain. Very high standard of facilities and cleanliness. We had a superior room, it was large with a super king bed, and a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The restaurant is large with a good menu, but even the two nights midweek that we stayed it was very full. Be sure to book a table. It seems popular with locals as well as residents. The restaurant was a bit noisy as there were so many diners, and on both evenings we were in a draught as the restaurant has three entrances.

I first came across Whitford House by accident many years ago when i was in Wexford on business. That first visit impressed me so much that I have returned many times since, along with my wife who was equally impressed. Since that first visit we have revisited several times and every visit is a pleasure and all the staff, without exception, are pleased to be of service and go that little bit further to make our stay more enjoyable. For example I was unavoidably late checking in and arrived after last orders for dinner, but receptionist Nikolina quickly sorted it out to our satisfaction. Servers Breda & Laura Lee were able to advise on smaller meal portions which was very helpful. Generally the whole place has an efficient happy buzz about it. I have stopped in hotels all over Ireland and found that price gives no indication of quality or value for money. You will be hard pressed to find a better place than Whitford House so please keep up the good work so that our next visit is equally enjoyable. Kind regards, Michael Robbins

My wife and I decided to take a mid-week break, and picked the Whitford House Hotel due to the very positive reviews. We are glad we did. Every member of staff gave us a genuine warm welcome. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated with a contemporary twist on the traditional style. We even got a bit of an upgrade, with a small garden area outside our room, and a lovely plate of fresh fruit and pastries as it was our first anniversary. Very unexpected, but very much appreciated. Unfortunately, the Seasons restaurant was closed whilst we were there, but the food in the Forthside Bar and Bistro was superb and very satisfying. We had booked directly with the hotel and got a package that included breakfast each morning, and a three course meal each on one night of our stay. Bargain! The place had a lovely, family atmosphere, mostly due to the staff who were very attentive, kind and a pleasure to chat to. We also found the hotel a convenient base from which to explore Wexford from. Sad to leave, but hopeful to return. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel. We’ve stayed there several times and have never been disappointed. Food is fantastic. Staff are just brilliant. Same faces always there and that speaks volumes nowadays. Rooms are spotless. Beds are very comfortable. Book your table early for dinner as it’s always busy but we are never rushed and it’s such a good dining experience.
