Lovely house with plenty of rooms and space. All rooms had en-suites and interior was cosy and modern. Amazing hosts. Lynne provided plenty of information before our stay and was prompt with her communication. Would definitely stay again.

We hired the whole Guest House for 4 families with young children to get together. The bedroom configurations and ensuites all worked well for our mix of families and the house had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. The only thing we would have preferred is a slightly larger communal lounge and kitchen area as it sometimes felt like we were on top of each other, but we did manage to cook a Christmas dinner for 15 of us, so although a squeeze, it is still do-able and the large dining room was great for our big meal. Fantastic location, so close to the beach and we spent time at the Country Park just down the road. Lynne was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend 👍🏼

Well decorated room, clean and well presented. A fridge and kettle with tea,coffee etc. with complimentary biscuits. There is a wide choice for breakfast and we’ll cooked. Both Andy and Lynne are great hosts and make us feel very welcome. This is our favourite place to stay in Weymouth, would highly recommend to couples and families.

Fantastic weekend away one of the best B&B in Weymouth lynne sure know how to do a great breakfast and Andy a great host,comfortable rooms clean and tidy always welcome and made to feel at home will be staying again. Had afternoon tea in the past and was delicious

This is a 5*guest house. It is clean and comfortable . The extras such as fridge, milk, kettle and biscuits in our room and access to a kitchen in the lounge area all add to make St John’s a top place to stay. There are restaurants nearby. The breakfast set us up for walking the SWCP. The owners are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend .

We really enjoyed staying at this Weymouth guest house. It is a short walk from the beach, restaurants and town centre. They have safe self parking on the street behind which is helpful and lowers cost. The room we stayed in, #3, had a soft comfortable bed and well appointed en-suite shower room. The illuminated mirror also acted as a soft night light. The teas and coffee, soaps and towels were good quality. The room was warm even in November. The hosts are friendly and offer great advice on local facilities and restaurants. Breakfasts are tasty and there is a full choice from full English, vegetarian or continental selections. Recommend.

The hosts were kindest couple we never met before. The breakfast was nicely prepared and served to your requirement. Their service is second to none. This is not a modern guest house. Our room is small, but it is clean and tidy. As we spent most time away, small room is not a problem. The location was convenient to the beach, bus stops, and some very good restaurants.

Lynne and Andy made us very welcome. Accommodation was excellent as was the breakfast. Beds were very comfy. Good on site parking. Short walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend. We will be returning in 2025.
