Wonderful hosts. I had a mishap with the sink on the first night, unusual for me. But they made no fuss, and were helpful at times. Breakfast was plentiful and really good choice.

Would like to give our sincere thanks to Graham and Marion for providing an absolutely wonderful environment for our stay. The room was very clean and maintained well by Marion. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the ‘chef’ Graham. The Beech house is literally opposite the Beach. Easy walk to shops, lots of good places to eat. We drove easily to Durdle door and Lulworth cove. Xx

Arrived as strangers left as waiting to come back. To friends. Graham and Marion run an amazing b&b. Fantastic location overlooking the beach and sea front. Spotlessly clean and fantastic breakfast - home cooked to order.

Graham and Marion were fantastic hosts and made the best breakfasts. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome. Location was superb with great sea views from our room. A lovely stroll (approx 10 minutes) on the prom into town with several bars/pubs and restaurants. Parking is available with a permit at the local Conservative Club around the corner (speak to G&M to pre-book). Thank you for a great stay and fingers crossed, we'll be moving to the area soon 🤞. Mine host and hostess were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was awesome , great choice and freshly cooked.
Our particular bathroom was a tad too tight a fit but overall the room was fine with lovely views. If selecting this accommodation people with mobility issues would struggle with the stairs.

Incredible welcome, Marian & Graham such a wonderful couple couldn't do enough for you, accomodation very clean, comfortable & warm - have booked to go back at Easter, such a great choice of breakfasts also, they would actually cook whatever you wanted. Fantastic location just perfect - wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you Dave & Karen

What a welcoming, friendly and picturesque place to stay! The views were amazing from our bedroom and also the dining room. Everywhere was clean with a seaside feel to it! Breakfast was very tasty! Will definitely look to book again in the future! Thank you Graham and Marion
