Lovely place to stay in Whangarei
Delightful stay. Great location. Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and spotless. Can’t go wrong staying here.

The Bordeaux never fails to deliver. Clean, fresh and nothing too much trouble. Staff are friendly, helpful and willing to help when needed. Accomodation is fabulous…beds are comfy, lots of products and cooking facilities are all available.

Lodge Bordeaux is my choice every time I go to Whangarei on business. The suites have absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: well-equipped kitchenette, spa bath, bathrobes, toiletries including bath salts and candles, blackout blinds,and the upper suites have a patio. There is also a pool and a BBQ area. The managers are very welcoming and provide a cooked or continental breakfast if required.

On possibly the worst night of cyclone Tam, we were lucky enough to stay here for 2 nights. The friendliness, the comfort, cleanliness, spa bath were amazing. The Host David was so helpful and obliging. Thank you for a wonderful stay, We will be back Thank you Ian and Louise

Recently, my wife and I stayed three nights at Lodge Bordeaux. This property is relatively close (by car) to eateries, shopping, and tourist attractions. We stayed in a studio suite, which was very nicely decorated, clean, and spacious, and had an assigned parking space right outside the door to our suite. My wife and I have nothing negative to say about Lodge Bordeaux. Our stay was enjoyable, and we highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Whangarei!
