Check in and check out process was smooth. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Location wise, it's located on top of the Blackcomb village, it's about 8 mins ride to restaurants or supermarket. Parking was 22 CAD

Overall, it’s a great experience - nice space and kitchen. Good view and location. Just the checkout was a bit delayed and the parking cost was not cheap.

Two times I have stayed I was offered complimentary parking, this last time I was asked to pay $25 which is almost 1/6 the cost to stay. I was told parking is $25 unless ******* has some special going but heard the other clerk telling person on phone she will offer free parking. I will likely not stay again and this was my third time. The parking is cash grab and there was lots of it available and wasn’t in short supply.

Perfect ski in/out on a blue run. Couldn’t ask for better accommodations for our 6 night stay with a family of 5. Kitchen very well equipped. Laundry machines are operated by an app which made it no problem not having one in our room. Housekeeping came 3 times during our stay as requested. Ski valet was excellent and personable!

We booked 1 bedroom slope view but we checked in there was no view. Then after 1 hour of back & forth they gave us a room (cheaper room) on mountain side with a view. So basically We paid extra for nothing ! And we lost an hr of our limited vacation time .

The only issue we had was the smokers in the front door right by the entrance. Other than that, it is a very clean hotel and great front desk staff.

The only complaint I have are the mattresses on the double bunks…..stiff,noisy and generally uncomfortable

Staff are awesome. Very helpful, friendly, considerate, and hardworking. Loved the ski-in ski-out, great location for shredding with access to Blackcomb village and everywhere that you want to go. Unfortunately, the hot tub was always full even during the week, and the gym is basically non-existent (it's literally a rack of dumbbells from 5-35, a treadmill, an elliptical, a bike, 2 adjustable benches, and some yoga mats). Rooms are a bit too small for the beds, but it's manageable. Love that the rooms came fully stocked with small appliances and plenty of silverware, dishes, and cutlery. Garage was very easy to get to, felt very safe, and was locked with room-key access. Pretty awesome place to stay honestly. Would definitely stay again. Amazing I was able to book this place within a month of my trip. Hard to beat this place for the price.
