Days Inn by Wyndham Indiana PA Near Iup

Shower and bathroom was dirty. Rooms and hallway smelled like cigarettes. Terrible experience. Will not stay there again.

Staff was amazing but the beds were very uncomfortable and our shower curtain rod looked like it was going to fall off if we touched it

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and the sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Mattress pad had stains and cigarette burn holes in it.

There were roaches in the room. We have the pictures of the roaches. There was something smeared all over the window. The room looked like it wasn’t cleaned. The refrigerator was nasty on the inside, it was not cleaned at all. The orange juice was so watered down that it didn’t even taste like orange juice. The yogurt was outdated. I was embarrassed to stay there! Our last morning there your parking lot had ice. Why didn’t someone check this. Anything less than a refund of our money back is unacceptable! Good for the price

The thermostat was not functioning. The TV was not responsive to the remote, and did not seem to be working at all. The breakfast room said to be open from 6 AM to 9 AM. There was nothing and no one in there even at 7 AM. There was nobody at the reception either. I felt like the Hotel staff didn't care about tenants AT ALL!

The first "key" they gave me did not work. The second key they gave me opened the door...to the surprise of the couple who were already in that room. The second room they gave me had a broken shower head that they had wrapped plastic around to hold it to the upright. Had to jerry rig the plastic to be able to use the shower.

Two of three front desk staff were unfriendly. Breakfast was minimal to none: bread, mini muffins, 2 types of Cereals, mini yogurt cups. Coffee tasted old the first day, and it was empty the second day (staff had to be asked to make fresh pot, watery down when ready to be served). OJ looked like water and tasted like water. Phone was not working. Safe did not work. Heating system was not functioning adequately. Stranger walked into our room with his door key unannounced, not very safe.
