I wasn't informed they were under construction no pool no restaurant just rooms dest clerk was a accommodating guy wasn't his fault there is construction but he went above and beyond

The hotel was extremely loud- music from the restaurant/ bar played into midnight. People were walking the halls late at night talking loudly. The breakfast offered very few choices. Room was clean and the person at the check-in was very nice. The noise was too much, making this hotel a bad choice.

Kenya was so helpful checking us in. We stopped here 1 night in a road trip w/ 2 adults & 2 teenagers. Fair price w/ full hot breakfast & indoor pool. Didn't use the pool but enjoyed automatic pancake maker, delicious sausage patties & strong coffee. Wi-Fi good. Room clean. Gave us extra pillows & towels as requested. Switched our room to 1st floor as a courtesy since they have no elevator. They do have luggage carts. I'd stay here again.

The hotel is not organized, there is a lack of staff, I was staying in a family room where they only had 1 towel, no shampoo or soap, the pool area was with adults drinking alcohol, and giving a show where it is a family center.
