I enjoyed every aspect of this trip- from the transportation, to the accommodation, (Our little log chalet was so comfortable and clean ) to the outstanding owners and staff, all of them beautiful, friendly, intelligent people who took great care of everything for us. For me, it was Patrick that shone even brighter than the others- his attention to details while serving our meals and his warm quick wit made him a total delight. And the food!!!! Every meal was a work of culinary excellence and beauty prepared by an incredibly gifted chef. . Evenings were spent around the campfire snacking on s'mores while awaiting the arrival of the aurora. Come prepared to be pampered and bring a camera that can capture all the colour and movement of the northern lights...our human eyes cannot see their complete beauty, but a camera can.

This was a phenomenal experience that I cannot recommend more highly! Toby, Lynn, Patrick, James, Yuli, & Jonas went above & beyond to make our stay a 5-star experience. The cabins were beautiful - modern & immaculately clean. Sitting by my fireplace, watching for Aurora through my cabin window was as cozy as it gets. The food was exceptional! 3 course meals made from locally sourced ingredients. Michelin-star quality! The BEST part - it was THE ideal location to see the Aurora!! Zero light pollution & an unobstructed north-facing view. Although solar storms & weather conditions can be unpredictable, we lucked out with one of the most phenomenal Aurora displays I’ve ever seen! What an experience. Thank you Northern Lights Resort & Spa!

Beautiful resort. Amazing meals every day. Patrick was fantastic - attentive, funny, informative. Night fire was a nice touch and the night sky was brilliant. I didn’t realize that northern lights aren’t easily seen with the naked eye so that took me awhile to appreciate but once you see them through the camera lens it’s pretty magical.

Nestled in a scenic location, Northern lights Resort and Spa offers individual cabins with a picturesque view of the mountains and landscape. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Lynn, Tobi and the staff was amazing. The room has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The resort also have sauna, massage services and exercise equipments. The tours was really well organized. To top of our stay we get to see the Northern lights on our last day. We highly recommend Northern lights Resort.

This is such a lovely place to stay. It’s very comfortable with individual chalets. The host, Toby was extremely gracious and helpful. Lin’s breakfast was perfect. The in room amenities are top notch! No complaints possible. I hope to return for the Aurora.

Where do I start, what an amazing experience!! We traveled with two other couples all of us stayed in Chalets with amazing views. What a fabulous place! Tobi & Lynn are very gracious owners and hosts. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun to visit with. The spa is wonderful, and the massage was the best I have ever experienced. The Chalets are spotlessly clean and well-kept. The grounds are very private, including hiking trails in a remote setting. Overall, it is a great place to enjoy family and friends. Be sure and rent the Winter package, well worth the investment as you stand outside watching the Northern Lights, and take the tours to town also, well worth your time. We will be back.

We have just completed a week at Northern Lights Resort and Spa. What a fabulous place! Tobi & Lynn are very gracious owners and hosts. The staff is fabulous. James the Chef delighted us for every meal. Remi and Patrick took great care of us during mealtimes. The spa is wonderful, and the hot-stone massage was great. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well kept. The grounds are very private, and includes hiking trails in a very remote setting. Overall a great place to enjoy family and relax.

Not great for off season. The room is nice. Views were misty most of the time. The space was nice, just underwhelming for the price. Sheets are rougher than I would have expected. Listed with fireplace, couldn't use it off season, it was a chilly rainy day and would have made our stay better. I'm sure it's great with the stuff like a fire indoors and out during winter season, just not worthwhile in the summer.

The Northern Lights Resort & Spa was a wonderful escape! The Cabin was lovely, bright, super clean as well as warm and cozy! The view of the Mountains during the day was spectacular and even though we went out every night, we could still see the Northern Lights from the windows! The Lodge was also beautiful and the food was really good! It was made fresh and hand served to us at every meal. The massage was wonderful and the sauna was a nice addition. Toby, Lynn and their staff are all friendly, kind and very welcoming. Now, the best part, we got to see the Northern Lights all 3 nights we were there! The guide outside kept the roaring fire going and was so helpful with picture taking etc! We were very lucky to have shared this experience with a lovely group of guests and we all shared our pictures with one another! We would definitely recommend this trip to our friends and family.
