Bruce and Miriam at the cafe were amazing. Bruce was so kind when we came in and also when we left the hotel to go back home. So sweet. I hope he’s still here the next time we come around to stay. This is our 4th time staying in this hotel and we’ve always enjoyed it.

The staff was terrific and the room was spotless.. Bruce and Miriam in the breakfast area was spectacular. Wendy was a great Battender and the karokenight was a lot of fun. All of the staff were very friendly and gelpful... I would recommend the hotel to my family and friends.. I can't wait to come back again

This is a cool spot, the rooms were nice for a great price. Bruce, Miriam, and others kept the dining area clean and stocked. Great breakfast and company to start a day on the water. Also, can’t beat coming back to the Tarpon Bay Tiki Bar after a long day.

Hotel was good / average - beautiful water view, wife and I enjoyed watching the airplanes since this hotel is very close to the airport. Front desk Jessica was amazing at checking in, awesome energy. Bruce and Miriam, friendly, attentive they provided us a great breakfast and a good experience. Employees at this hotel are the real stars, they do deserve a raise.

Me and my family wanted to go on a two-day trip to the beach, and we chose to stay here for the night. We all love this incredible hotel, the food was really good, the place is beautiful and Mr Bruce and Miriam were nice to me and my family. We will back soon

The best staff was Bruce and Miriam, the worst was Jen at check in. The staff at the tiki bar was only okay, food prices were high for what they had. Pool was great and rooms were very nice and clean. The public bathrooms need attention.

Impromptu trip to area and booked this hotel. Nice touches like fruit infused water and water-bottle filling station in lobby. Nice to have a restaurant on-site. Pool looked clean, we didn’t use it though Breakfast was excellent- esp nice service by Bruce and Miriam Only downside is A/C struggled a little to keep up, but having major heat wave. Not uncomfortable at night though. Would help with humidity to have vent in W/C. Room very clean.
