We loved the people vey nice greeted us when we walked in told us about breakfast which was amazing rooms are very nice parking is great have ice machine and coke and a snack machine that work correctly have a swimming pool looked really nice ..

Always a great value in Wichita Falls. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean and have updated furniture, larger than most refrigerators, and more channels on their televisions than any other motel just about anywhere and best of all the price is right!

Horrible Experience the Manager who is a Woman is absolutely not Customer friendly, very rude and will not admit when she is wrong. I had a house fire my family lost everything besides what few clothes we were trying to save that smelled horribly like fire. The room took on that smell as we were attempting to hand wash them, and the smell was on us. they charged us three hundred and forty seven dollars from our banking account for the stay when my insurance State Farm paid for the stay there, complete theft from us. the room we stayed in had no towels, the customers next door had trash piled in the hallway for 2 days, people partying out on their parking lot throwing beer bottles and loud Hispanic music, the pool was cloudy with dead bugs and extremely small, the washer didn't work very well and the give you what amounts to sand paper for toilet paper. Trust me do not stay here. Choice motels should be ashamed for allowing this. They have no compassion and will rob you in a heartbeat. Oh and one last thing, treat your property for bed bugs after staying there. The front desk employees were great with the exception of the manager she should be kept away from human contact all together

Stayed in a spa room and it was awesome. Room was clean and good size where you don't feel cramped. Inn is close to many things as it is just off the highway. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Parking is well lit and ample. No elevator so if stairs are a problem take note. Toilet was very short.

Against ADA Gov laws, Hotels are NOT permitted to charge guests for pet hair or dander from service animals during their stay. Owner tried telling me she will check with “them” again and see and said IF she finds anything out she will refund me and quickly pushed me out the door. Meanwhile I come out for breakfast and her dog is sitting at multiple tables in the breakfast area on the chairs at the table during breakfast. 🤔 Someone needs to give this lady some insight on the health code laws in the US. Toilet in room was dirty, had stuff stuck in the bowl when I arrived, found someone’s necklace charm on the ground in my room and hotel towels were like sandpaper on the skin.

We were just traveling through the area and needed a place for the evening.The price was great, the location was right off of the interstate, the hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was sufficient—we also felt safe in the area. I would stay there again.

Room was very clean, staff very friendly, close to things. However, our room had 2 pcs. missing in the ceiling with more to drop, clock was broken, soap needed refilling, and door brace was missing. Price was good.

I admit I chose the hotel for the price. I was just looking for somewhere to sleep that wasn't my car on my trip. This hotel was given 2 stars but all I cared for was a clean bed and hot shower and I honestly do not understand why the low ratings. the bed was comfy, the service fine, the room clean, the tv fine, the remote fine, the ac fine, the hot water was great! The one and only reason I could see was if some persnickety guest fussed because they don't have the little shampoo bottles and instead have a dispenser. Sure this wasn't a luxury hotel but the price was well under a hundred. I got very good value.
