Had an issue with the blinds in the room, maintenance came quick and tried to fix but was not fixable… was given a price adjustment on room … great staff!

This is my favorite place to stay when the I'm going to concerts at Intrust arena. It's really nice to be able to walk to and from the arena to several restaurants. Only complaint I can lodge is that the parking garage doesn't have a direct entrance to the hotel, but it's not a big enough deal to stop me from staying there.

Liked everything about the property except the parking! Parking was on level 2 through 4. Needed to know a password to get into the elevator and then a bit of walk to the hotel lobby. Didn't care much for this especially during cold temps.

Love it just wish the add an entrance door from the parking garage to the side entrance door of the hotel.
