We needed a last minute place to stay while in Wichita and this was the only hotel in the area with 2 beds. It was way too overpriced for the quality and condition of the hotel. Hallways smelled like body odor, and room was not in great condition.

The halls smelled of cigarettes smoke. Not sure why because all the rooms around us were non-smoking.
Our neighbors next to us were very nosie, especially in the morning. Sounded like the kid or kids where bouncing off the walls. Not a lot the hotel could do about the kids.
It has always been quieter on prior stays and no smoke smell.
