It's not a three-star hotel. Two-star instead. The room is clean, but towers are worn out.

Very clean hotel friendly staff and they work with u when your in a jam checkout and checkin is very fast and sufficient

They stole our deposit and checked us out a day early then wanted us to put another deposit down for the next room when he wasn’t supposed to check us out anyways

The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean. There was no riff Raff no violence. I had a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend air bridge in to any and everyone.

Dirty dingy rooms no pool or anything the staff is rude and they don't accommodate

The bed is nice and comfy, Great staff. Nice and quiet good stay.

There was a refrigerator but no microwave in room. No exercise room or pool. Very basic. Cable channels. Good for a good night of rest and thats about it.

The service was great I enjoyed my stay an was a great location

My husband and I rented a smoking room to hold my 50th Birthday in, five years ago, and the hotel was owned by people of Indian decent and everything was beautiful, with all the extras...But this past June, there were different owners/employees, no amenities... like coffee/coffee maker, in the room, or in the lobby, no continental breakfast, individually wrapped Bengals, Donuts, Cookies, etc., and the price of the room we got was ok, for a single bed, a litte fridge, a microwave, and a bed,...(Don't get me wrong, there were counter-top tables, arm chairs, a place to hang clothes, with two night stands including charging adapters in the lamps, a heating/cooling system, a pretty nice size bathroom with a shower), but so many things changed, the place just had a different feeling, as if someone purchased the hotel, put a family member in charge, and they just don't quite like the job/place... The pleasantries seemed a little forced,... On top of all that, the bed was lumpy, which made it hard to sleep on it. I might have tossed and turned for 2 hours or so... NOPE!! We didn't have a good night's sleep, eventhough it was quiet.  Now if none of this matters to you... it can be a nice hotel, meetings, sleep-overs, hook-ups, and hotel parties, etc.,... As long as you pay for all the extras, the pool...(it was $10 per person, no idea how much  it is now), they didn't have room service or a kitchen... (They said)... No Bar?!?!...  So bring your own food and drinks, no gift shop, or anything else you might want to enjoy... without extra $$$... Getting a room here makes you feel like you just itemized your taxes... Unless all you need is a room.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness.  professionalism , and inexpensive  room rates!   I highly recommend this to anyone in cleveland ohio area. It's by far the most affordable and comfortable hotel . I was greeted by Denesia and a new girl that worked front desk, and completely satisfied with how my family was treated
