The setting is amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Albert made us feel like we were part of the family and this was home away from home. Wonderful! Select a sea view room to make the most of the location of this great Villa.

The location just ten meters from the beach is second to none. Stunning views from every room. Delicious breakfast and very accommodating hosts!

We had an excellent stay for 4 nights, 5 days. The accommodation is out of this world. Thanks to Albert & Tersia for hosting us and for the nice suprise when we arrived. The breakfasts was tasty and enough variety. The rooms are out of this world!

Während unseres Road Trips entlang der Garden Route übernachteten wir in einigen B&B und Gästehäusern. Die Xanadu Guest Villa war mit Abstand die beste davon! Es fing bei der Begrüßung an. Der Hausherr persönlich begrüßte uns und führte uns durchs Haus. Er erklärte uns alles, zeigte uns das Zimmer, stand für Fragen zur Verfügung und gab uns ein paar Tips über den Ort. Auch der Rest des Teams war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung. An vielen kleinen Details merkte man, dass die Besitzer mit viel Herzblut und Liebe fürs Detail an dieser Villa hängen. Wir durften uns über Amenities freuen, die man sonst nicht mal in manch einem 5* Hotel findet. Gleiches gilt für den Rest des Hauses. Den großen Wohnbereich mit Trusty Bar und Frühstücksecke kann jeder Gast nutzen. Auch den großzügigen Garten. Es steht eine sehr gute Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung, an der man sich den ganzen Tag über Kaffeespezialitäten holen kann. Das Frühstück ist nicht extrem umfangreich, aber mehr als ausreichend. Uns überraschte die Obstauswahl. Eierspeisen, Bacon, etc. werden frisch in der Küche zubereitet. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Eine unbedingt Empfehlung, wenn man an der Garden Route in Wilderness Stop macht.

Everything was perfect. The decor is stunning and the views take your breath away. All the staff were wonderful and the owners made us feel welcome. Xanadu is a perfect place just to be or to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Xanadu is a very beautiful Guesthouse directly near the white sand beach. The host and his wife are very friendly and gave us a very warm welcome, me my husband and our daughter. We liked it very much and wil highly recommend this beautiful place.

Albert & Tersia were very welcoming and kind. The accommodation is stunning and is excellent value for money - we would highly recommend it. Full English breakfast is included and an honesty bar is available. Very elegantly furnished and Tersia is a fantastic artist with her oil and water colour paintings displayed around the property.

We travelled the last 14 years at the garden Route between Capetown and PE. This is the most beautiful guesthouse we ever have had at that area. Big compliment to Mrs and Mr Hoffmann. Perfect location
