The hotel is located in a quiet location. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and helpful to us. The room is large and very nice! The breakfast is also quite rich and highly recommended. I think I will stay in this hotel again next time I come here. The experience is very good.

We stayed at this guest house several years ago and we loved it then and we loved it just as much this time. The welcome was exceptional, the staff are so nice! The rooms are a great size (ours had 2 balconies) and extremely well appointed. The place is not super modern but that is not a problem, it feels comfortable and like a home from home. The staff cannot do enough for you and they complimentary welcome drink is a lovely touch. We even had jugs of water and crisps brought to our loungers whilst relaxing by the pool - unprompted! The setting is like a little oasis, calm and peaceful but no distance to local eateries and the beach. Cannot recommend the place enough, would happily return- lovely!!

Das Five Star Guesthouse ist sehr ruhig gelegen und eine Oase der Gastfreundschaft. Wir wurden freundlich mit einem Getränk empfangen und das Haus wurde uns gezeigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, uns wurde eine Pizza aus dem Lokal geholt. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet. Unser Zimmer hatte einen umwerfenden Ausblick auf die grüne Bushveld-Gegend und war sehr geräumig und luxuriös. Das Bad war frisch gemacht und renoviert und supersauber und groß! Wir bekamen ganz unerwartet ein Upgrade auf einen Superior Room bei unserer Anreise! 6 Sterne! Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, vor allem für Ruhe-Suchende. Ein toller Stopp, wenn man lange gefahren ist. Zimmer 8 buchen!

Cinnamon is a very well managed guest house with a friendly and very helpful staff. The room was large and comfortable and the communal areas were attractive and very well furnished. The garden was delightful and had a swimming pool. A delicious breakfast was served outside overlooking the garden and it’s colourful birds. It was a short walk into the centre of the village to take advantage of the shops and restaurants there.

A warm welcome on arrival and very spacious, comfortable rooms. All the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Buse and Ann, with whom we had most interaction, were outstanding. Breakfast was great and well-prepared with an assortment of options. An added bonus was the close up views of the Knysna Loeries whilst we ate on the patio by the pool. The property is very conveniently situated, close to a Spar and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the beach. Would definitely recommend and return to stay when next in the area.

We had the pleasure of staying at the cinnamon hotel recently and felt we were treated like royality. The staff were extremely helpful even preparing a take out breakfast for us for our early start. The hotel was clean, comfortable with excellent facilities. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends

Excellent staff and accommodation. Rooms were large and well presented, it was a little like staying in a very very posh home/hotel. A mixture of buffet and cooked breakfast. I don't think they offer lunch/evening meal, but there are some good eating places within 5-10 min walk. There is a bar with a reasonable selection of drinks and this operates on an honesty basis. Off road parking secure parking. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place for a few nights in Wilderness.

We enjoyed an exceptional four-night stay at the Cinnamon Boutique Guest House. Our accommodation was wonderfully decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. During a period of our stay, to no fault of the property, the water supply went out overnight, but the team scrambled to obtain bottled water and kept us constantly apprised of the situation. Turns out a major pipe had burst and shut off water to the whole town. The booking, check in and check out process was flawless, and we particularly enjoyed the welcoming service and friendless of staff, including that of Ntombi and Ann. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, and I encourage everyone to try the home-made muesli mix! We will return to the Wilderness area but will look nowhere else for our accommodation. I can’t recommend the Cinnamon house more strongly!
