Days Inn by Wyndham Wilkes Barre

This was a clean, comfortable room with good amenities of a safe, microwave, fridge, breakfast, and a decent shower. It was a good value for the money, especially on a weekend night. I will come back.

Suitable for overnight business and well situated. Wifi was iffy. Rooms were not luxurious but functional and clean

I was very pleased with this property. It was older but very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets smelled like fresh laundry. The check in staff ( I forget her name) was very helpful, humorous and friendly. I would highly recommend.

We were notified a day in advance of a problem with the elevator and given the choice of changing our reservation. It wasn't a problem for us and we appreciated the heads up.

I did like the location as it is close to the Interstate, shops & dinning. I think the property needs a really good facelift & cleaning, rugs need to be removed & replaced with tile. There was a very powerful chemical smell on the 1st floor hallway. Rug seemed new and clean but that smell was very strong. The elevator was out of Service, however, they had called us prior to check in & we could have cancelled the stay, which was good to know in advance. Bathroom door was miss-aligned & hard to open and close & the ceiling fan sounded like a jet taking off. I have stayed here before so overall for one night was just ok. Staff was friendly & helpful. Wyndam needs to step up with this property!

The night employee was very helpful when I checked out at 2am he made me fresh coffee and gave me food for my drive!
