The environment is very good and the room is large. It is an apartment hotel: it has a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, etc., and the facilities are complete.
American hotels do not provide slippers, so remember to bring your own

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. Rooms are enormous and we liked the large fridge and kitchen area. It felt like we were in a mini vacation condo more so than a hotel. Would stay again for sure.

TV remotes both broken (one was falling apart bd dod not work at all; the other turned on the TV but then we could not change the channel or turn off the set!). Dented lampshade in room. Blankets scratchy and inadequate.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The furniture is stained and torn and in overall bad condition. The walls are dirty. There is a thick layer of dust on top of doors, pictures, etc. It doesn’t look like anyone has ever cleaned behind the nightstands — there was a dark brown lump of something behind the one in my room that I don’t even want to know what it is. The curtains are old, torn and stained. The white sheers are actually yellow (like a smoker lived there for years ) and the blackout curtains have lots of weird stains on them. The service was good and breakfast was decent, however, so I gave a star for that. The roof didn’t leak, so I guess that’s something. Looking at the reviews for the last year tells me the hotel was purchased and the new owners are fixing things. They have a LONG way to go.

We recently gave this hotel a try again after it was sold. It is in the process of being remodeled. Mattresses were being replaced in all the rooms when were were there. New locks were ordered for all the rooms, just one of many changes planned The change in atmosphere was dramatic. Everyone there was pleasant and attentive to your needs. Special shout outs to Anita- front desk. Mark and Kevin who were replacing mattresses. Additional front desk workers Rebecca, Felicia, Miles, and Mary. Can’t wait to see the remodeled rooms
